FAQs
What is a Chuck-Ken?
1
Chuck-Kens are small flightless birds - the size of a volleyball. They are usually red but there are some that are orange or yellow. Eating mostly insects and seeds, they are considered omnivores. Known for their intelligence (tool users) and protective nature, we thought they would make a great mascot.
Are there refunds for digital products?
2
Digital products do not get refunds. All sales are final. However if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know what we could change to make the product more useful or work better. We value your input.
Why do you not release more…?
3
We are small company of educators who love being in the classroom. That only leaves summer and breaks to work on releases. So our releases tend to come in infrequent bursts as we manage our perfectionism and make sure everything is as user-friendly as possible.
Do you customize materials?
4
We do. We’ve changed color schemes, added specific labeling, and small modifications for a fee. If you have something specific you want us to create please contact us and we will give you a quote and details. In general, we will make it but reserve the right to sell it after a year. Additionally, you can participate in our surveys to let us know what you want us to develop next.
We purposely price our products to make them affordable to as many people as possible. We would make them free if we could. (If you know somebody who could make that happen, let us know.) The Faux NFTs were just a fun way to take donations as they do nothing, offer no privileges, and have no value.
